The Twintrack is a heavy-duty overhead conveyor system, manufactured in either aluminium or stainless steel, and designed for use in the demanding areas of food handling, storage and general bulk handling. With a maximum trolley capacity of 750kg, Twintrack meets the needs of the poultry industry, for high density maturation, bulk transfer of processed food between processes and into storage. The Twintrack can be used for either manual or powered conveying and enables loads to be transferred into storage bays by means of switchpoints. Trolleys utilize heavy-duty ‘Rilsan’ wheels incorporating sealed-for-life bearings. Twintrack offers the significant benefits of clear floorspace in processing storage areas, together with easy product identification by virtue of use of the ‘first in, first-out’ principle.
