The Cleantrack is a lightweight, easily adaptable system which operates with no metal to metal contact, ensuring a non-toxic, non-corrosive operating environment, making it ideal for use in the food industry.

All track parts, drive units, idlers, bearings and fasteners are made from grade 304 stainless steel, whilst all trolley straps, rollers and drive teeth are manufactured from hygienic, heavy-duty thermo plastic.

Nylon rollers and stainless steel bearings ensure smooth running while the Cleantrack’s nylon trolley is 50% lighter than cast steel.

Also, Cleantrack’s modular construction facilitates layout changes to suit different production requirements. It can, for example, be integrated into a range of automation systems such as counters, on-line weighers and automatic cutting machines.
