The CD2-300 linear sander is for smaller shops that need to run mouldings. This machines is built up in segments where you an add options that you need. The standard machine comes with two top spindles (2 x 0.55kW) and a roller conveyor to feed the pieces through. The machines comes variable speed control on the sanding spindles and conveyor speed 10-50 f/m. The machine comes standard with Right side sander 6” head to sand right side of moulding. Left side sander 4” head to sand left side of moulding. The machine is normally used with Quick-strip brushes for the white wood sanding. If you want to use this machine for sealer sanding, normally the QuickDiscs and Nylon is used (QD+QN). The machine comes with the QuickWood Quick Change spindles if you need to change spindles to do both operations.
