PTFE double-diaphragm pneumatic pump. This washing unit is particularly suitable for small parts washing.
The washing unit is entirely dismountable without any tools thanks to the employment of laser-technologies.
The washing unit BRIO is complete with: a basket precleaner of nylon 66. a cartridge filter of nylon 66 on delivery side.
A 3/8” three-way valve for the connection between washing unit/distillation unit or with a collection tank for exhausted solvent. The lid, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is provided with a breather valve.
The wholly pneumatic working system allows the use in work environment of class I DIV I.
Every BRIO washing unit is supplied with a counterbasket of nylon 66 ø 380mm to be inserted inside the stainless steel turning basket.
This nylon basket allows the washing of small parts, such as screws and nuts, particularly fragile parts.
