The CIEMME Washing Unit Mod “SL” with pneumatic working process represents the more advanced technological solution for every washing requirement (ink-pans, parts with traces of bonding agent or adhesive) especially in the flexography, the offset and in the woo an metal working industries.

The working process with a programmable logic optimizes the washing and suction times, thus reducing the working times with less operating costs.

Laid into the unit on a suitable supporting framework, the parts can be washed, if necessary, by a brushed manual spray gun.

The following automatic washing cycle takes place only with closed lid through the cone-shaped spray nozzles fitted to 6 pipes after setting the washing time on the related timer.

Mounted on nylon wheels, the supporting framework has a 10cm longitudinal traverse, thus enabling the solvent to wash all corners and edges of the parts to be cleaned.

A double-diaphragm 1” pneumatic pump, with 120 litres/min capacity, arranges for a continuous solvent circulation.

The three-way pneumatic valve fitted to the pump allows the selection of the washing cycle (manual or automatic) an lets the solvent flow directly into a solvent reclaiming unit or into a storage tank.

The ‘Venturi’ suction valve starts working automatically before opening the lid.
